Accessibility of entrances and itinerary
- There is no disabled parking space near the entrance to the monument; visitors can park in their own car park (30m away).
- Drop-off point in front of the entrance to the monument
- External flooring (gravel) not suitable for wheelchairs and access on a slope.
- Wheelchair users willneed to be accompanied .
- There is a lift to the first floor of the monument, which can be accessed with the help of an attendant.
- Handrails are provided on all staircases.
- There are benches in every room on the tour route.
- Some of the tour route is not equipped with lighting - adapt your visiting time to the light conditions outside.
- Guide or assistance dogs permitted.
- Visitors should bring warm clothing (there is no heating system on the tour route).

Visit aids
The château provides interactive displays and terminals in the two rooms introducing the tour (ground floor) on "France at war in the 17th century", "The Rabutins in Burgundy" and "The art of mottos", as well as the correspondence between Roger de Rabutin and his cousin Madame de Sévigné.
Four audio terminals present "Bussy Le Grand, Bussy L'impertinent" with four themes: the gallant man, the man of letters, the man of wit, the military man, and a film with subtitles (French, English, German) presenting the history of the château and Roger de Rabutin (12 mins).
An intermittent exhibition in the Sarcus gallery (1st floor) and the Renaissance Tower, included in the monument's admission ticket : the two rooms of the Renaissance Tower are not accessible to people with disabilities (2 x 10 steps, spiral staircase).

Admission to the monument
For individuals or groups of up to 8 people : Free of charge.
Free admission for the disabled person + 1 accompanying adult,on presentation of an individual disability card or a group certificate for groups.
For groups of more than 9 people : €20 for the whole group up to 20 people.
